Meet, Dr Carmen Maritz

Management

 She is the principal of the team of professionals and is primarily concerned with the implementation of constructive and/remedial intervention processes which is required in the efficient management of human resources.
 
Carmen believes in the magic of diversity and empowering people so that they are able to make a positive contribution to their future and to the future success of their employer/s business interests. She instils in persons, the importance of being accountable to each other and believes in adopting clear lines of communication regarding the mutual objectives and expectations within the working environment.
